ISSUE DISCUSSED: Call to Order

ISSUE DISCUSSED : Old Business
·
The Campus Directory has been made available on
an Excel spreadsheet. Banner will be upgraded next year and that should resolve
some of the turnover issues with keeping the directory up-to-date.
·
ETC content updates will be addressed at a later
date as no one currently has ownership of the content.
3.
ISSUE DISCUSSED: New Business
·
The Staff Advisory Board will have 4 members
leaving in June. Positions will need to be filled. Emily recommends that
someone currently on the committee serve as chair. We plan to nominate new
officers at the May meeting. New SAB members will be invited to the June
meeting.
·
The Greenville Drive Faculty/Staff event will
have 60-70 families in attendance. All tickets have been claimed. Emily will
send out updates for those who still need to pay for tickets, as well as to
provide information about discounted costs. Returned tickets will be disperse
to those who have requested additional tickets.
The next meeting will be held on May 8, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. in
the RH Conference Room.
